#MakeMarchChatty

We’re hosting exciting fundraisers to support The Chatty Cafe Scheme and keep conversations flowing all year long. Take a look at the ideas below, and if you’d like to get involved – or have suggestions for extra resources to help with the #MakeMarchChatty campaign, please email abi@thechattycafescheme.co.uk.
You’ll also find downloadable resources below to make joining the campaign even easier. Thanks so much for your support!
Why is fundraising needed?
The Chatty Café Scheme relies on donations to keep thousands of people connected.
Behind each “table in a café” is a nationwide network of Chatter & Natter tables, friendship calls, and online chats — all needing coordination, safeguarding, training, and materials.
Your donation keeps conversations alive, reduces loneliness, and strengthens communities. Thank you for your support.
£10
Helps fund weekly friendship calls for someone who may not speak to anyone else all week, giving them comfort and connection for half a year.
£20
Helps train a volunteer so they can support people living with loneliness or struggling with their mental health, offering kindness, understanding and a listening ear.
£30
Helps a vulnerable, isolated person find the confidence to sit at a Chatter & Natter table, meet others, and feel part of their community again.
