About Sunlight Development Trust
Based at Sunlight Centre, Gillingham, we are a truly local charity, working closely with our community to improve physical and mental wellbeing, ease loneliness and encourage personal independence. Together we achieve our goals by identifying areas of need and collaborating to create wellbeing and social groups for Medway residents
Wellbeing Café events are free and designed to improve your mental health, emotional wellbeing, and combat feelings of loneliness.
Groups focus on improving mental health and provide activities for adults out of normal working hours. Run in a safe and relaxed environment where people can make new friends and try something new like cooking, handicrafts or radio production
Mondays to Fridays 5.30pm-8.30pm
Weekends 3.30pm-6.30pm
