About Murrays
We are a family run business based in the middle of Bargoed.
We bought the old Plas Newydd pub back in 2019 with the hope of restoring this well known historical building to its natural glory.
Our aim has always been to bring something special back to our home town and rekindle that community spirit.
We strive to give the best service in everything we do, whether that’s down to service or our homemade meals we sell.
Our ethos is to provide good food, great service and a welcoming environment for our community.
