About Cafe Avodah
We are a non-profit Community Cafe in the heart of Launceston. We are a ‘Warm Hub’ and registered ‘Safe Place’.
The cafe is all inclusive and reaches out to the local community regardless of ability. Lots of community groups are run from the cafe such as Launceston Strollers, Knit n Natter, Mens coffee & chat group, Arts & Crafts, Community Gardening Club, board games club & Pool club. All of which are free to join and access.
Support workers & carers often bring their clients in for coffee & cake or to join in with the various clubs on offer. We have regular customers that come in daily for friendship and connection.
Our menu is reasonably priced and everything is homemade. We serve Barista coffee from Cornico Coffee roasters in Cornwall.
