We are delighted to share our new three‑year strategic plan for 2026–2029. It reflects many months of listening to and learning from our stakeholders, helping us shape what the next chapter of The Chatty Café Scheme should look like.
We’ve worked hard to make the strategy clear, concise and practical. Behind it sits a detailed operational plan with the actions and tasks that will guide our delivery.
Our hope is that this strategy gives our stakeholders and supporters a strong sense of what we want to achieve and the direction we’re heading in.
