About The Stour Centre
Freedom Leisure is a not-for-profit leisure trust committed to improving the health, wellbeing and quality of life for people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. Operating community leisure centres, swimming pools, gyms and healthy communities programmes.
The Stour Leisure Centre is a friendly and welcoming community leisure centre with a large social cafe area, which is wheelchair accessible and open to members and non-members. Facilities include gym, swimming pool, fitness studios, soft play and a climbing wall. Accessible toilets are also available.
