Life at The Heights Care Home in Downley is all about community — creating opportunities for residents, families, and friends to come together, socialise, and share moments that feel like home.
One of the most loved spaces in the home is our very own pub, a charming tribute to a much-loved local favourite, The Downley Donkey. Here, residents and families can relax over a drink, enjoy a chat, or join in one of our regular social gatherings. It’s a place where stories are shared, laughter flows easily, and familiar traditions continue.
Whether it’s spending time in the pub, enjoying live music, or simply chatting with neighbours, every day at The Heights offers the chance to connect — strengthening friendships, building community, and celebrating life together.
We are hosting our first Winedown Chatty Cafe on Friday, 21 November from 2.30pm – 4pm
