About Robert Foulkes Centre
The Centre is named after Robert Foulkes who was a local Councillor for a number of years, giving a lot of time and effort, for the benefit of the community of Whiston. The Centre is currently used by a number of groups and our own luncheon club is held there each week. The building is situated close to residential properties and the Council always bears this in mind when new applications for use are received.
