About Parr Fold Park Pavilion Cafe
Located in the centre of Walkden, Parr Fold Park is a classic Victorian park with many traditional features such as landscaped gardens, mature trees and open lawns.
Parr Fold Park Pavilion is a café set in the beautiful Parr Fold Park, Walkden. With plenty of nice walks, an outdoor gym and a children’s playground on offer, it is a great space for family time and fresh air.
There are indoor and outdoor seating areas, toilets and plenty of yummy items on the menu including hot and cold drinks, toasties, ice creams and cakes. Dogs are also welcome!
The historic park is popular with locals and at the heart of the Walkden community. It is one of only two parks within Salford (along with Victoria Park) to have a bandstand, which was first built in 1935.
Amongst the park’s other features include a memorial garden, tennis courts, outdoor gym, skate park and a children’s play area for 4-8 year olds.
