Our Chatter & Natter table offers a relaxed space to sit, enjoy a cuppa, and have a good chat with others. It’s the perfect chance to connect with the local community, meet our team and residents, and simply enjoy a bit of company over tea and cake – because no one should feel alone.
Meadowcroft Care Home
Meadowcroft is located in a quiet, residential street on Queens Road just a short distance from Thame town centre. The home offers compassionate, high-quality residential, respite dementia, nursing and day care for up to 71 residents in homely and comfortable surroundings.
