Lamb House

National Trust - Lamb House, West St, Rye TN31 7ES

About Lamb House

A stunning Georgian house and walled garden nestled in the centre of Rye, with 300 years of history and literary connections; the authors Henry James and E. F. Benson both lived here.

On the last Wednesday of each month we hold a Community Coffee Morning, welcoming visitors into the garden for free. Teas and coffees are served for free in the courtyard café, with a designated Chatter & Natter table. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. A short flight of steps is required to access both the garden and café.

If you would like to volunteer to help host a Chatter & Natter table at this venue, apply here.
