About Just-Ice Poynton
The Café
Just-Ice Poynton is a charity ice cream café in the leafy Cheshire village of Poynton.
Our popular handmade ethical ice cream is available in 18 delicious flavours, with seasonal flavours introduced throughout the year.
We serve a selection of delicious Fairtrade teas and coffees as well as cold drinks.
Our lunch/brunch menu offers a selection of freshly made light snacks including:
- Homemade soup of the day
- Warm paninis with salad and coleslaw
- Baked potatoes with a selection of delicious fillings
- Homemade quiche of the day
We also serve a selection of homemade cakes and other sweet treats such as freshly made Belgian waffles.
Please note – Our toilet is not wheelchair accessible.
Our cause
Just-Ice Poynton is supporting survivors of modern slavery and human trafficking.
We sympathetically employ survivors in a caring and supportive environment, providing workplace training and friendship.
The skills and qualifications survivors gain at Just-Ice help them to rebuild their lives and look forward to the future with hope.

We pride ourselves on being a community café with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Our staff are always happy to chat if you’d like a bit of company. Of course, they might be busy serving ice cream during a heatwave but our other customers are a really friendly bunch too! Equally, if you just want a quiet and safe place to reflect we offer that too.
