About Highfield Care Home
Highfield Care Home is a newly-built, luxury care home owned and operated by Barchester Healthcare, one of the largest care providers in the UK. Highfield accommodates up to 66 residents and offers residential, palliative and dementia care on a permanent or short stay (respite) basis. In addition to its luxury accommodation, Highfield benefits from numerous social areas which can be used by guests as well as residents. These include numerous brand-new lounges, dining rooms, a cinema room, in-house spa and a hair salon.
Highfield is located on the Scarthingwell Park estate, between Tadcaster and Sherburn-in-Elmet. As the recipient of an architectural design award and with views overlooking the Scarthingwell Park lake and 19th century Scarthingwell catholic church; Highfield’s beautiful surroundings ensure it is the perfect place for residents and guests to enjoy peace and relaxation.
