About Bishop’s Waltham Country Market
Bishop’s Waltham Country Market is a thriving community market held in Jubilee Hall, right in the heart of the village. Run by local people, our marketeers work together to create a warm and welcoming place for everyone to enjoy.
At our market, you’ll find:
- Homemade treats – cakes, cookies, savouries and meals
- Crafts – woodworking, textiles, artwork, and other locally made creations
- Fresh produce – free-range eggs, seasonal fruit, vegetables, and plants
- Pantry favourites – jams, chutneys, and marmalades
- Café – relax with a hot drink and a friendly chat
Jubilee Hall is easy to visit with its large car park, offering 2 hours free parking for hall and village visitors.
We are part of a network of around 140 Country Markets across England and Wales. For many years, Country Markets have provided a place to buy home-baked goods, preserves, homegrown produce, plants, and hand-crafted items – all made locally with care.
As a Co-operative Social Enterprise, each market is run by members who live in the community, and together we help keep the tradition of local, seasonal, and homemade alive.
