· What were your expectations before you started? My expectations were that I hoped it would hassle free and it was
· Did you have any concerns about joining the scheme? If so, what were they? My only concern was if anyone would turn up
· How has being a Chatty Café venue benefited your pub? We have increased our Monday morning tea and coffee sales and we have between 15 and 20 people coming each Monday which is amazing
· What difference have you seen in your local community? Have met a lot of the local people who have never been in here before until we started the cafe
· Has it changed the atmosphere in your pub during the Chatty Table sessions? Yes Monday morning was always quiet and now with the amount of people coming the atmosphere is great with a real buzz
· Has taking part brought new customers into your pub? Yes on Monday mornings
· Have you noticed people staying longer or returning more regularly? People arrive at 10am and they all stay until 11.30am not one person leaves its actually really nice to see them stay that long
· Has the scheme required much time or effort from your team? Not to much effort at all, my volunteers are amazing and the only things the team need to do is make the drinks
